There are two ways to join in:

1. Be there to help encourage and support GB during work/social events by making healthier choices.

2. Join in by being active on the LOGE Wellness channel and start making those healthier choices along with GB.

 

Move More!

Get up and start moving! Grab a partner or two and start a lunch walking group. This not only will be great for you physically but also will serve as a recharge for you mentally.

Headspace

Studies show there is nothing more valuable to your body than a little headspace. Even just 10 minutes a day can can drastically improve your focus, concentration and stress levels.

Alcohol…..

Oh, did you think I would leave this out :) Nope! While we all enjoy a drink this may be the toughest part of this challenge.

It isn’t just the calories that we need to think about it when referring to alcohol, it is the hormonal effect that it has on our bodies.

Our challenge: 3 drinks maximum per week!

 

Working Out

Working out doesn’t always just mean “hit the gym”, this can be anything from working out at the gym to going for moderate-difficult hike to snowboarding or skiing. You only need 15-30 minutes a day!

Eating Healthy

There are 3 simple rules for eating healthy:

1. Prepare meals in advance. Especially if traveling. Even small snacks such as fruit, nuts and bars will help curb your appetite during long work days and travel.

2. If you can’t grow it or raise it, don’t eat it!

3. Variety: add color, texture to your meals each day. Try new veggies/fruits, try steak nights and even vegetarian nights. Variety is key.
