What grade is the athlete?
Our primary focus in this class is to build a foundation of strength, speed and agility while focusing on proper running and jumping mechanics. We work on improving muscle activation, mobility and balance while building sportsmanship and competitiveness. Monthly cost is $160. We will prorate if you start or end in a partial month. Note: We offer 20% off for siblings as well as referrals. *We train 2 times per week for one-hour each day.
Champions are built in the Off-Season. This is the time of year to get ahead of your competition and make a name for yourself. Time to improve your strength, power, speed, acceleration and decrease your risk of injury. Monthly cost is $160. We will prorate if you start or end in a partial month. Performance for both college and professional athletes spans across a wide range of areas. We not only focus on strength or speed development, we also implement mobility, recovery modalities and discuss nutrition and hydration. While we only have our Next Level athletes for a couple months, our goal is to send them back to school or their team stronger, faster and more pliable than before. Contact for pricing. *We train 3-5 times per week during the summer for one-hour each day.
