What kind of programs do you offer?
We offer programs for everyone. We currently have three different categories (Gym Rat, Females-Strong is the New Sexy and The Starting Line.)
Gym Rat: These are designed for those who have been in the gym for some time and are looking for programs to help them get jacked. Programs will range from 1-2 months in length. Wanting to be the biggest, baddest form of yourself? Then this is for you.
Females-Strong is the New Sexy: This area is designed for females. Don't try to follow your boyfriend or husbands programs, find a program that is designed for you! In this area, we have various workouts that can prepare you for weddings, the beach or just get you back in the gym. We also have programs for former female athletes who are use to training like an athlete.
The Starting Line: If you are new to working out or if you have just been away from it for some time, this is the area for you. We have programs that are designed to get you back into the groove and to teach you basic exercises. These will help you establish a great foundation of strength, mobility, flexibility and conditioning.
How does the forum work?
In our private forum, you can post questions about nutrition, exercise technique or whatever fitness related question you have. Our team of trainers and nutritionists are hear to help you achieve your goals and in doing so we will be here to answer any and all questions fitness related. Have a shoulder injury and can't perform a specific lift, type it in the forum and we will give you options. Not sure if you should eat before or after your training session, type it in the forum.
Do I have to be experienced to use your programs?
No, not at all. We love teaching new clients how to properly train their bodies. That is what our Starting Line programs are designed for.
Not a problem at all. Our trainers can find regressions or other options to allow you to continue training.
What if I have an injury?
Why should I use a program?
Most people head to the gym with no plan in mind. That is not the best way to reach a goal. You must have a set goal then have a set plan to reach that goal. By following a plan, you will always progress and you don't have to think about it. Just print off the workout and take it to the gym. It is that easy.
What if I don't know what an exercise is?
Great question! When you pull up each training program, each exercise will have a direct link to a video of one of our trainers demonstrating how to properly perform the exercise. Still have a question about it? Post in the forum and we will be glad to help you.
