Gluten-Free Almond Butter Chocolate Protein Bites

Yield: 10 balls

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup: Gluten-Free Oats (grind them up in a food processor)

  • ½ cup: Almond Nut Butter (*any nut butter will work)

  • ¼ cup: Chocolate Whey Protein (Grass-Fed if possible)

  • 2 tbsp:  Maple Syrup or Honey

  • 1 tsp: Vanilla Extract 

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a food processor until combined. 

  2. If the mixture is too dry, add in a little more of maple syrup (or your choice.) Too sticky? Add in a little more oats or protein powder.

  3. Roll into two-bite balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
